Blurb

I had everything under control until I met Theo.

My life was simple, straightforward, and clean. I thrived in my career, improved daily at being a single parent, and disguised any not-so-ideal parts of my life pretty well.

Like the fact I carried more than a few insecurities my ex-husband left me with. The biggest being the simple notion that I was one of many options, and my idea of love was ridiculous.

I knew it only existed on the big screen or in the pages of books, but I still wanted it.

Still yearned for it. Still hoped that maybe, somehow, I’d find it.

Never once did I think I’d find it in the lifeguard nearly ten years my junior.

Theo plans to dismantle everything I thought I knew. He wants to rip down every wall I have and rebuild it with just four words.

Overall Rating

5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mother’s Day Inn was quick and spicy! I love how easily Lee is able to create a connection between characters and the connection between Olivia and Theo was so obvious. The chemistry… HOT! This book was so hot. I need a fan. A secret Mother’s Day bed and breakfast stay joins these two in hot massages, room service and more. Theo and Olivia push past the stereotypes society attributes to them to find more than just a holiday hookup.

Olivia is a single mom and Theo is Olivia’s daughter’s swim coach. Theo and Lyn have the cutest relationship. I love how crazy Theo was about Olivia. I believe the word is obsessed! And I am obsessed with them. I read this in one sitting and I just wish I had saved this for longer.

I would high recommend this book to spicy book lovers! Lee Jacquot’s novellas are always a treat. Have you read any yet?
