Madame was such a fun ride!! Love a single mom romance and I love the fact that we got to see one of the most interesting characters from the series, in my opinion, get to be such a bad ass boss bitch but also show behind that Madame Kink persona! I’ve wondered what Eden’s book would look like and I was not disappointed, because moms are HOT too! PERIODT! As expected, there was a ton of kink in this book and a lot of taboo circumstances that may not appeal to everyone, but if you enjoyed this series thus far you would definitely love this ending.
This book features a dual timeline, and Dominant x submissive dynamics between three different people. A lot of teaching on Eden’s part to Clay, via flashback, and Jade in the present. It was a unique story for me, because I have not read a throuple with two women and one man before. I really found it extremely enjoyable. I absolutely loved Eden and I will always be a fan of a dom/sub relationship where the women are dominant. This was a second chance relationship for Clay and Eden and I ate up the pining from both of them! Jade and Eden’s relationship grew on me though it was tumultuous at first. I also really like the fact that there was a romance between each pairing separately before it was a relationship between all three of them.
Obviously, loved Eden. Jade, I grew to love. Clay… is cool too lol I gave this one 5 peppers for the kink content and presence of sexual content throughout though I wouldn’t call this erotica. There is a lot more to this story than just the sex. Each character has their own personal journey that we see them grow in but Eden’s is the most drastic from beginning to end. The sex is a part of that growth for all three.
I really also enjoyed the support in this community and that’s just one thing that I have loved about this Salacious Players Club series because the MCs are just super supportive. The writing was really smooth and easy to read. There’s just enough of the plot to balance the smut. Super hot definitely recommend this book. I’ve now read 3/6 of the books in the series and I have one more I think I’m going to go back for. It’s the end of an era but I loved the journey!
