If I ever caught on fire, Dahlia Muñoz would fan the flames with a smile.
So, when she returns to Lake Wisteria, I fully intend to avoid the interior designer.
At least until my meddling mother exploits my savior complex.
The faster I help Dahlia find her creative spark, the sooner she will leave town.
But while I was busy getting rid of Dahlia, I overlooked one potential issue.
What happens if I want her to stay?
People say the devil has many faces, but I know only one.
Julian Lopez―my childhood rival and family frenemy.
I vow to steer clear of him while recovering from my broken engagement, but then the billionaire makes an irresistible offer.
Renovate a historic house together and triple our profits.
Our temporary truce becomes compromised as we face years’ worth of denied attraction and mixed emotions.
Giving into our desire is inevitable…but falling in love?
That isn’t part of the plan.
Here is the potentially sensitive content I observed while reading this book:
- Death of a parent
- Emotional Abuse
- Sexually explicit scenes

Love Redesigned follows childhood family friends who become successful individuals in their adult lives. Julian is our app developer billionaire and Dahlia is an interior designer who has a reality TV show where she renovates houses with her fiance. After her fiance breaks the engagement, Dahlia returns to Lake Wisteria to heal her broken heart. She struggles with depression and the emotional abuse she suffered from her ex-fiance and his family throughout the beginning of the book but once she is surrounded by loved ones and given a new project to work on, things take a positive turn for her. Julian and Dahlia work on restoring this old home while reminiscing and playing pranks on each other and things do get very spicy! I loved their banter with the back and forth! They were more like childhood rivals always competing against each other until they go their separate ways after something unfortunate occurs in their freshman year. The forced proximity aspects of their situation is multifaceted as their mothers are best friends and are always up to something when it comes to these two, they are working on this house together and subsequently are a part of the town’s large festival that takes place as well. This feels a little like second chance romance but it’s more like the one that got away. Big swoon from me!
The one-bed situation in Love Redesigned will be on my mind for a VERY long time to come! I absolutely loved this story and Julian?! He deserves all the gold stars! 🔥🔥 Like he was *chef’s kiss* a grumpy billionaire with a soft spot and a dirtyyyyy mouth! Ugh! I swooned and laughed and am currently still obsessing about him! 🏽 Julian is my new favorite!! I can’t resist his quiet affection and sweet gifts. It makes me absolutely feral! Dahlia’s journey is so beautiful with healing and regaining her confidence 💜. I loved the banter just as much as the dirty talk from Luis Julian Lopez Junior!! 🥵🥰
That epilogue though! Lauren just wanted my tears and I’m giving them to her! Here you go Lauren 😭 I was a mess by the end of this book. I highly recommend this story and I cannot wait for Julian’s brother, Rafa, in the next book. Thank you so much to the author and Valentine PR for an advanced copy of this book for review.
There are multiple open door scenes in this book. Definitely innuendo and sexual content throughout.

“No one but you defines your life’s purpose.”
“I didn’t realize how much I needed to be taken care of until Julian showed me what I was missing, and I’m not sure how to process that information.”
“Julian could teach a class on female orgasm.”
“I spend way too much time living in my head, fearing I’ll never be good enough without ever trying to prove to someone that I can be.”
“I’m afraid he may truly stop breathing from the way he sucks, licks, and teases me without ever coming up for air.”
“If finding Julian attractive is a crime, consider me guilty as charged.”
“It only takes a single smile from him to make me forget I was mad in the first place.”
“You’re playing with fire, my head warns. Wrong. I’m playing with something far more dangerous. Dahlia Isabella Muñoz.”
“For someone intent on acting like she doesn’t find me attractive, you desperately look like you want to be kissed.”
“I hope you’re not planning all the ways you can torture me already.”
“Torturing you is my favorite pastime.”
““What’s wrong?” You. Always you.”
“Out of curiosity, was today a special occasion, or do you typically moan my name while making yourself come?”
“Only when I’m thinking about you sitting on my face.”
“I’ve had a lot of kisses in my lifetime, but none compares to this. The longing. The passion. The spine-tingling, mind-melting, decade-in-the-making kind of kiss that sends my body into a spiral of sensations.”
““I want to help you, cariño.”
Neither of us says anything, but I don’t need her to.
Whatever it is, I’ll fix it.
Whoever hurt her, I’ll ruin them.
And whenever she needs someone to lean on, I will be there.”
“If this is the kind of treatment I get after a make-out session, I can’t imagine what will happen once I finally suck his cock.”
“It’s nowhere near perfect.”
“You’re right. It’s far above.”
