Knot So Lucky was hilarious and hot as hell! This book starts off as an amazing one night stand between Eleanor and Crew… and TJ and Nate. It later becomes a marriage of convenience between Eleanor and Crew that will last 30 days before they can get an annulment. They make a bet that lands Eleanor in a position that none of us would opt out of! These two have to live together for the 30-day marriage and that close proximity became a one bed, one counter, one couch trope real quick! I loved this book because it made me laugh and it made me sweat!
I found that Eleanor was my favorite! She wins all the awards for girls’ girl! She’s funny and loud and I loved how I could never guess what would come out of her mouth next! It was a blast reading the narrative from this character because she just had the craziest thoughts!
Crew won me over and I’m definitely a loyal 49ers fan if this man is doing quad rollout videos 👀 This man was a goner for Eleanor as soon as he saw her at the club! He was cocky and possessive and I loved it! There is some group activity with his two friends/teammates but the main pairing of this book is Crew and Eleanor. This book is definitely a sports romance with football which you know is my favorite! Happy to say, Crew is joining my book boyfriend list!
We get to see Samantha and her boyfriends make an appearance. It’s a cute little world in this Holidate-ish series! These books are heavy on the smut and this one in particular has a fair deal of kink. The story does stand up to the smut though! I liked Crew and Eleanor together and I thought they were cute! I cannot wait for the next book set in Hawaii!
I highly recommend this book for the premium smut and laughs! Trilina Pucci just gets it, my friends. Thank you again to the author and Literally Yours PR for the advanced copy for review!
